Jack LaLanne was an American fitness, exercise and nutrional expert who is sometimes called "the godfather of fitness" and "the first fitness superhero".

Perhaps he is best-known for his early morning excercise programs which started in the early 1960's. Some of them can be seen on YouTube.  He makes the program fun and he keeps it interesting.
